<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing proposal system defining target values of environmental impact values such as a fixed amount of carbon dioxide, a carbon-dioxide absorption amount, and carbon credit, and capable of proposing a housing capable of satisfying them. <P>SOLUTION: A housing proposal system includes: a target value setting section 203 for setting a target environmental impact value of a housing; a housing design specification setting section 204 for setting housing design specifications; a housing construction file 221 having housing construction information; and a retrieval section 205 for extracting construction examples of the housing on the basis of the set environmental impact value of the housing, the set housing design specifications, and database information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
