<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof laminate sheet having both of excellent interlayer strength and water vapor barrier property. <P>SOLUTION: The moisture-proof laminate sheet has at least five layers consisting of a weather-resistant film layer, an adhesive (I) layer, a water vapor barrier film layer, an adhesive (II) layer and a sealant layer in this order. The water vapor barrier film layer is composed of a water vapor barrier film obtained by laminating an inorganic thin film layer on one surface of a base material, and the inorganic thin film layer-formed side surface is arranged on the side of the weather-resistant film layer. The adhesive (I) composing the adhesive (I) layer has ≤20 MPa storage elastic modulus E1 when measured at 25°C, at 10 Hz frequency and at 0.1% strain. The adhesive (II) composing the adhesive (II) layer has ≥5 MPa storage elastic modulus E2 when measured at 25°C, at 10 Hz frequency and at 0.1% strain.
