<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burr from remaining in a resin molding due to the whirl-in of a resin to the back side of a transfer sheet, in a method of manufacturing a resin molding. <P>SOLUTION: In a transfer sheet arrangement process, a transfer sheet 10 is partially arranged on first cavity surfaces 22 by adjusting positions of ends 10a of the transfer sheet 10 on second cavity surfaces 23a, 23b with respect to a first die 20. In a molding process from a die clamping process to an extraction process, a resin molding having a decorative part of the transfer sheet 10 is molded by fitting a second die 40 to the first die 20. In a cutting process of tabs and a runner resin part, tabs formed on the second cavity surfaces 23 are cut from the resin molding formed on the first cavity surfaces 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
