<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multiple vaccination including a serogroup C meningococcus. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides: (a) a conjugated capsular saccharide from N. meningitidis serogroup C; and (b) an immunogenic composition comprising an inactivated poliovirus antigen. In addition to a MenC conjugate (MCC) and acellular B. pertussis antigens, the composition may include one or more of: a diphtheria toxoid; a tetanus toxoid; a HBsAg; the inactivated poliovirus antigen; and, optionally, a conjugated Hib antigen.
