Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a method for improving multicast receiving gain, comprising: a receiving terminal receiving an indication message from a transmitting terminal; the receiving terminal obtaining the same-source multicast group information according to the indication message; the receiving terminal receiving a first physical resource block and a second physical resource block from the same multicast source carrying the same data; the receiving terminal combines the data carried by the first physical resource block and the second physical resource block to improve the multicast receiving gain.
