<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of preventing an increase in an operation current due to an increase in an amplitude when a signal is transmitted from a sense amplifier to a data line. <P>SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device which comprises: a sense amplifier circuit 30; a data line LIO (T/B); an MIO (T/B); a read amplifier circuit 31; switch circuits Q10 and Q11; switch circuits Q14 and Q15; switch circuits Q18 and Q19; electric charge transfer transistors Q20 and Q21; potential setting circuits Q12 and Q13; and potential setting circuits Q16 and Q17, the data lines LIOT and MIOT are controlled to have a second potential lower than a first potential which is a drive potential of the read amplifier circuit 31, the gate potential of the switch circuits Q14 to Q16 is controlled to have the first potential, the gate potential (VTG) of the electric charge transfer transistors Q20 and Q21 is controlled to have a fixed potential obtained by adding the second potential to the threshold voltage, and amplification operation of information which is transmitted from the sense amplifier circuit 30 to the read amplifier circuit 31 is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
