The computer system further includes processing electronics coupled to the communications interface and configured collect bids for at least one of a good, service, and discount from the plurality of user devices. The processing electronics include a bidding module configured to determine winning bids and losing bids by comparing the bids to a floor price. The bidding module is configured to determine whether the losing bids quality for re-bidding by comparing the losing bids to a first merchant-established threshold difference from the floor price.
