PURPOSE: An auto scenario assessment system of an automated response system, apparatus, and method thereof are provided to offer convenience to a scenario developer by automatically creating assessment cases. CONSTITUTION: An ARS(Automated Response System)(200) creates a communication path for an incoming call. The ARS transmits a guide voice according to the applied scenario. An assessment case DB(database)(202) stores assessment cases. An assessment result DB(203) stores the scenario assessment result of each service. A scenario assessment apparatus(100) recognizes the transmitted guide voice. The scenario assessment apparatus transmits virtual client input information to the ARS. The scenario assessment apparatus assesses a scenario by responding to the virtual client input information.
