PURPOSE: A wireless communication network service quality evaluation method and recording medium thereof are provided to measure the service quality of a wireless communication network by utilizing time information provided by a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user executes a test program in a portable terminal(S430). When the user decides to download a test scenario, the portable terminal downloads the test scenario corresponding to the connection of a test server(S450,S460) The test time information is inputted(S465).
