PURPOSE: A light emitting diode using grapheme is provided to have high brightness by introducing a graphene layer to the upper part of a metal electrode. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(200) is formed on a substrate(100). The light emitting structure forms light by recombination of a hole and an electron. A metal electrode(300) is formed on the light emitting structure. The graphene layer is formed on the metal electrode. The graphene layer performs current diffusion.
