PURPOSE: A rear differential mounting fixing device is provided to obtain high structural strength by fixing a pipe nut to laterally contact both sides of a cross member. CONSTITUTION: A rear differential mounting fixing device comprises a cross member(50), a pipe nut(20), a support member(54), and a support bracket(52). The cross member is installed in a spare tire well portion(11). The pipe nut is fixed to both sides of the cross member. The support member is fixed to the spare tire wall portion and the cross member simultaneously.
