The invention relates to novel compounds responding to the following formula (I):
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
for use as medicaments, and in particular as medicaments for the prevention and/or the treatment of parasitic diseases caused by apicomplexans parasites. The invention also concerns pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds of formula (I) as active principles. Finally, the present invention relates to the use of compounds of formula (I) as herbicides and/or algaecides and to herbicide and/or algaecide compositions containing such compounds.
