PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an aqueous adhesion is provided to provide an aqueous adhesion for synthetic wall paper with excellent waterproofness and adhesion through an integrated process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aqueous adhesion comprises: a step of raising temperature of a heating tank while mixing water and polyvinylalcohol, and transferring the mixture to a main tank; a step of putting an emulsifier capable of emulsifying water and vinyl acetate, and functional monomers in a semi tank; a step of emulsifying the material; and a step of putting an emulsified monomer and a catalyst dissolved in water. The comprised amount of the polyvinylalcohol is 2-10 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of water at mixing the polyvinyl alcohol and water.
