PURPOSE: A monitoring apparatus for a ticket dispenser is provided to rapidly process trouble components and to reduce time based loss. CONSTITUTION: An OBD(On Board Device) connector(60) is electrically connected to a central processing unit(40) and inspects components connected to the central processing unit by including a Bluetooth chip(50) in inside. A smart phone(70) wirelessly communicates with the OBD connector. The smart phone monitors inspection data of the central processing unit from the OBD connector.
