PURPOSE: An air-permeable film composition is provided to have excellent air-permeability, weatherability, to not cause film discoloration and to be inexpensive. CONSTITUTION: An air-permeable film composition comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of a polyolefin-based resin; 101-200 parts by weight of one or more component selected from barium sulfate and calcium carbonate on which C8-20 alkylester salt or alkyl acid is coated and of which an average particle diameter is 0.7-5 um; 1-20 parts by weight of titanium dioxide; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of one or more functional additive selected from an activator, a UV stabilizer, and an antioxidant. The mixture is manufactured by uniaxially or biaxially elongating the mixture.
