<p>PURPOSE: A method for detecting DNA using a microfluidic reactor is provided to simply and quickly detect a target DNA. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic reactor comprises: a glass substrate with electrodes; and a structure with Y-shaped microchannel. The microfluidic reactor also comprises two infectors for injecting a reactant. The electrodes are a working electrode, a reference electrode, and a counter electrode which are made of gold(Au). A method for detecting DNA comprises: a step of injecting probe DNA, Hoechst 33258, and PBS buffer solution to one injector of the reactor and injecting target DNA and PBS buffer solution to the other injector of the reactor; and a step of performing LSV(linear sweep voltametry) or CV(cyclic voltametry) during the reaction.</p> |
