PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of portable protective case and a portable protective case manufactured by the method are provided to omit a coating process of adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of portable protective case comprises the following steps: settling an outer sheet(1) in a lower jig(100); arranging a core material(2) on the upper side of the wrapper; making syndactylism(10) by arranging inner sheets(3) on the upper surface of the core material; smearing the core surface on the outer and inner sheets by applying ultrasound while compressing the syndactylism with an upper jig(200); and cutting the compressed syndactylism in a fixed shape. The core material is a thermoplastic material which is fused by ultrasound and is a transparent or colored material.
