PURPOSE: A building facility control system is provided to actively recognize an optimal path by memorizing a communication terminal which is successfully connected. CONSTITUTION: A server receives the coordinate of building facilities(P1~P5) using a building facility control terminal(O). The server creates transmission coordinate information for each building facility, transmission coordinate information, and transmission destination coordinate information based on the coordinate of the building facilities. The server constructs minimum distance information for an exchange node within the transmission and reception range of a local communication module. The server transmits a control signal to a building facility control terminal according to the order of priority based on the minimum distance information.
