PURPOSE: A flame-retardant finishing member for supporting pipes is provided to prevent noise between floors through a sleeve because a finishing material is press-fitted in the sleeve by forcible fitting in a state of being fitted in the exterior of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant finishing material(100) for supporting pipes comprises a cylindrical body(110), a foam fire partition member(130), and a cut line(140). The foam fire partition member is a cylindrical shape at a same length to the body and is attached on the interior of the body. The interior of the foam fire partition member corresponds to the exterior of a pipe. The foam fire partition member is expanded within a constant temperature range. One side of the body, a gasket(120), and the foam fire partition member is vertically cut to form the cut line. The finishing material is widened at the cut line to fit in the exterior of the pipe.
