PURPOSE: A system for locking a computer screen with a mobile device and a service thereof are provided to supply convenient and efficient information security to computer users requiring information security by using wireless LAN information, Bluetooth information, and surrounding base station information. CONSTITUTION: A related application program is installed in a user computer and a mobile device. The screen security of the user computer is controlled by using wireless LAN information, Bluetooth information, and surrounding base station information of the user computer and the mobile device. A screen of the user computer is controlled by comparing wireless LAN information received from the mobile device with the wireless LAN information of the user computer.
