PURPOSE: A manufacturing device for manufacturing double insulating bricks having thermal insulation material between the blocks is provided to simply and conveniently construct insulating bricks. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device for manufacturing double insulating bricks having thermal insulation material between the blocks comprises a molding frame main body(110), a cover plate(120), a cover fixing tool(130) and a working cylinder(140). The cover plate can open and close the molding frame main body from the upper surface while rotating the one side by hinges installed in the left side part(113). The cover fixing tool is installed at the outside of a right side part(114). A pressurization fixing load(132) compresses the upper surface of the cover plate by the rotation of a pivoting hangle(131). The pressurization fixing load prevents the cover late from being opened. The working cylinder is installed at the lower side of the molding frame main body. The working cylinder is operated by the hydraulic media.
