PURPOSE: A two-dimensional and three-dimensional curved surface image display system and a method thereof are provided to easily perform two-dimensional and three-dimensional conversion and to display two-dimensional and three-dimensional images by using a two-dimensional projector. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional image converting unit(300) irradiates a two-dimensional image signal on a curved screen when inputting a bypass control signal. A curved surface three-dimensional media server(200) converts two-dimensional or three-dimensional image data into curved surface two-dimensional or three-dimensional image data. The curved surface three-dimensional media server supplies the curved surface two-dimensional or three-dimensional image data to a projector. A play media server(100) supplies a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image list. The play media server supplies the selected image data to the curved surface three-dimensional server.
