PURPOSE: A fastening device of a fixing washer for an insulation material is provided to control the depth of a washer inserted into a fixing pin depending on the thickness of an insulation material and the length of the fixing pin. CONSTITUTION: A fastening device of a fixing washer for an insulation material comprises a washer support(10), a washer fastener(20), a magnet, and a knob(40). The washer support has a cylindrical body(11) and a washer attachment(12). The body has a screw hole(14) in which a fastening bolt(15) is inserted. The washer attachment has a center hole(12a). The washer fastener is slid into the hollow of the body of the washer support and has multiple screw holes corresponding to the screw hole of the washer support. The magnet is fixed to the front end of the knob to be adjacent the rear end of the washer fastener and attaches an insulation material fixing the washer to the washer support. The knob is fixed to the rear end of the washer fastener.
