PURPOSE: A bench with a sit-up exercise device is provided to enable a user to do sit-up exercise by pulling a bar. CONSTITUTION: A bench with a sit-up exercise device comprises a stretching exercise bar(100), an exercise bar support stand(150), and an assistant exercise bar support stand. The stretching exercise bar is a connection bar connecting a first stretching exercise bar support stand to a second stretching exercise bar support stand. The first stretching exercise bar is installed in the front of a buttocks support unit. The second stretching exercise bar is installed in the rear of a buttocks support unit. An exercise bar is formed in the shape of cylinder. The assistant exercise bar support stand is mounted in the middle of the second stretching exercise bar support stand. |
