PURPOSE: A spring plate and a motor including a bearing support structure using the same are provided to prevent vibration and noise by elastically supporting an outer ring of a rotor bearing. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(301) has a smaller outer diameter than an inner diameter of a bearing receiving groove(102). The bearing receiving groove is formed in the rear end of a yoke housing(100). A leg for elastic pressurization is extended from a plurality of points of the base plate to the outside of a radius direction. A bent part(304) is formed in the outer end of the extended radius direction. A bearing piece(305) elastically pressurizes the outer ring of the bearing in an axial direction. |
