PURPOSE: A bench with a horizontal bar for exercise is provided to enable a user to do stretching exercise using the horizontal bar. CONSTITUTION: A bench with a horizontal bar for exercise comprises a leg unit(10), a buttocks support unit(20), side horizontal bars(30,40), a rear horizontal bar, and a stick(60). The buttocks support unit is mounted in the leg unit and supports the buttocks of a user. The side horizontal bars are placed on the right and left of the buttocks support unit. The rear horizontal bar is used as an exercise horizontal bar and a back support. The stick is placed in the front of the side horizontal bar of the buttocks support unit.
