<p>PURPOSE: A strip mask for a large substrate is provided to prevent a second strip from sagging due to gravity by attaching reinforcement materials to the middle part of the rear of a first strip. CONSTITUTION: A first strip(110) is arranged in a transverse direction. A second strip(200) is arranged at right angles to the first strip. A bridge(120) connects both pieces of the first strip. The end of the piece of the first strip is separated from the end of the piece of the second strip in an intersection between the first strip and the second trip. The reinforcement material is attached to the rear of the first strip.</p> |
