PURPOSE: A mirror-like finishing apparatus is provided to prevent the scratch on a workpiece by preventing the partial abrasion or the partial damage of a scrubber member due to corner portion of the edge of a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A mirror-like finishing apparatus comprises a vacuum die(32), a rotation unit(37), a lifting unit(38), a moving body(43), a moving unit(39), and an auxiliary panel(50). The vacuum die fixes a workpiece(10) by using suction holes. The rotation member rotates a scrubber member(36). The lifting unit moves the scrubber member up and down. The rotation member and the lifting member are coupled into a single body on the moving body. The moving unit is coupled with the moving body and moves the scrubber member horizontally. The auxiliary panel comprises a hollow portion corresponding to the size of a workpiece and is fixed to a vacuum die. |
