PURPOSE: A dustproof bed for an ambulance is provided to improve impact absorbing capability and user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A dustproof bed for an ambulance comprises a main plate(110) for mounting a cart for transporting a patient, a base plate(120) supporting the main plate, a repulsive force generator(130) which is placed between the base plate and main plate and separates the main plate from the base plate by generating repulsive force, and a height variable buffering unit(140) which is placed between the base plate and main plate and absorbs shocks and load applied to the main plate. The repulsive force generator comprises a bracket, a first magnetic body, and a separation prevention unit.
