Provided is an applicator for cosmetics (in particular, eyeliner) and pencils, said applicator being capable of holding a liquid and applying the liquid at a steady discharge volume from an adequate application distance. The applicator, which is provided with a delivery apparatus for delivering an internal solution to an application part (30), is characterized in that the application part (30) has a conical section (31) formed in a roughly conical shape, a plurality of thin disc sections (32a, 32b...32i) are concentrically set up on the conical section (31), the thin disc sections (32a, 32b...32i) face backward from the application tip, and the outer diameter is disposed in a conical shape. The applicator is further characterized in that the approximate centers of the thin disc sections (32a, 32b...32i) are connected by an approximate cone or an approximate cylinder, and are provided with a plurality of grooves (33) in the longitudinal direction of the application part; and a fluid flow path (34), which is internally linked to a flow channel, is provided to the approximate cone or the approximate cylinder, and a thread, which links the fluid flow path (34) and the grooves (33), is provided to the outside of the approximate cone or the approximate cylinder. |
