SOLAR CELL, SOLAR CELL MODULE AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF

A solar cell (100), a solar cell module and a manufacture method thereof are provided, which belong to photovoltaic field. Multi-line/row main gate electrodes (150), back surface field (160), multi-line/row back electrodes (161) electrically connecting to the back surface field (160) and a first insulating layer (140) are set on the back side of said solar cell (100). The multi-line/row main gate electrodes (150) are basically parallel to the multi-line/row back electrodes. Each line/row of the main gate electrodes (150) is set in a symmetrical relationship with the corresponding line/row of the back electrodes (161) along the central line (111) of a substrate (110) of the cell, which is parallel to the line/row of main gate electrodes (150). Said solar cell module includes a solar cell group (1000) which incorporates a plurality of said solar cells (100) arranged in lines/rows. With good insulating and isolating properties of said solar cell (100), it is convenient to connect the solar cells (100) during the solar cell module assembling by means of connecting bars (940) and the cost is low.
