The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and more specifically disclosed are a method and an apparatus for virtualizing an antenna. A method for reconfiguring an antenna of a terminal in the wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: the terminal transmitting an antenna reconfiguration request to a base station; the terminal receiving from the base station information indicating authorization of the antenna reconfiguration request; the terminal transmitting antenna reconfiguration information to the base station when the information indicating authorization indicates the authorization of the antenna reconfiguration request; and the terminal receiving from the base station information confirming the completion of reconfiguration.
