The call linking system of the present invention has a plurality of home data control units provided with linking means that determine the possibility of linking a data relay means relaying the respective communication data between a telephone and a call control server, and between an information display terminal and an information delivery server, with a service that requires initializing a telephone call with the information display terminal and, after determining that it is possible, notifies the information delivery server of the service initialization request containing information identifying the call; and an information delivery server that, on the basis of the service initialization request received from the home data control units, links with the call and provides the service. A call-linking system, capable of initiating service on the basis of the service initialization request while minimising the network load and processing load, can thus be provided.
