PURPOSE: A magnetic oil filter for increasing a magnetic gradient is provided to filter abrasive iron particles by pulling out iron particles by a suction force generated by a magnetic structure. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic oil filter for increasing a magnetic gradient comprises a magnetic structure(110) and a housing(120). Plural magnets(111) of the magnetic structure are in contact with each other and are alternately opposed to each other in a clockwise direction. The magnetic structure is installed in the mounting groove(121) of the housing such that the vertical surface of the magnetic structure protrudes. The vertical surface of the magnetic structure is fixed to the outer surface of an oil pan or oil filter.
