PURPOSE: A monitoring camera system using a used mobile phone is provided to use the used mobile phone, thereby inexpensively making the monitoring camera system. CONSTITUTION: A used mobile phone control unit(20) supplies power and has data communication by being connected with a used mobile phone(10). A used mobile phone recognizing unit(22) recognizes the connected used mobile phone. A camera control unit(24) controls an operation of a camera of the used mobile phone. A power supply unit(26) supplies power for operating the used mobile phone. A communication unit(27) performs external communication. A manipulation unit(28) receives a manipulation signal of a user.
