[Problem] To adjust demand/supply of power between consumers or equipment within a predetermined geographical area, taking power supplied from distributed power sources into account. [Solution] An information processing device (1) receives, from a second power management device (2) provided to a consumer, second management information representing the power demand and the amount of power generated during a predetermined future period, and third management information representing the power demand and the amount of power generated that can be adjusted by the consumer; receives, from a third power management device (4) provided to a power distribution system, configuration information including information regarding allowable power capacities by category of power distribution system, consumers, and power distribution equipment provided to the power distribution system; calculates, on the basis of the second management information, the total power demand and the total amount of power generated in the predetermined future period, and calculates the power surplus or deficit from the difference between the total power demand and the total amount of power generated; creates, on the basis of the configuration information and the power demand or the amount of power generated that can be adjusted by each consumer as indicated by the third management information, first management information including a plan for increasing the power demand or reducing the amount of power generated by each consumer and reducing the power surplus within a range in which the allowable power capacity for each power distribution system category is not exceeded; and transmits the first management information to the second power management device (2).
