PURPOSE: A three dimensional nano-structure in which nano-materials are laminated on a graphene substrate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain synergistic effects by mixing one-dimensional nano-products with two-dimensional graphene. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional nano-structure is composed of a graphene film and nano-materials laminated on the graphene film. The nano-materials are one or more of nano-tube, a nano-wire, and nano-rods. A metal catalyst is formed between the nano-materials and the graphene film. The three dimensional nono-structure is welded by ohmic electrical contact. A manufacturing method of the three dimensional nano-structure comprises the following steps: forming the graphene film on a substrate; obtaining the patterned metallic catalyst array by using block copolymer nano-template on the graphene film; and reducing the graphene film and obtaing the three dimensional nano-structure by growing the metallic catalyst on the metallic catalyst.
