<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, the toner ensuring fixing property and blocking resistance and showing excellent picture qualities while suppressing dust generating during fixing, and in particular, a toner for electrostatic charge image development with excellent performances even when the toner is a low-temperature fixing toner. <P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development is produced by aggregating and fusing at least a colorant dispersion liquid and a resin particle dispersion liquid, and the toner contains wax.
