<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mutually discriminating strains of bottom fermentation yeast for brewing. <P>SOLUTION: In the discrimination method of the strains of bottom fermentation yeast for brewing, the detection of allele that consists of a combination of two or more specific alleles selected from the genomic DNA of bottom fermentation yeast for brewing is executed, while distinguishing homojunction and heterojunction, to specify the strains of bottom fermentation yeast based on the result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
