<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve screening efficiency in molecular-evolutional engineering technique (for example, enzymatic evolution). <P>SOLUTION: There is provided unilamellar liposomes such as a nuclease-treated unilamellar liposome comprising: (a) a DNA comprising a promoter sequence, a translational initiator sequence, and a polypeptide-encoding sequence; (b) an RNA polymerase; (c) a ribonucleotide; and (d) an acellular protein synthesis system, or a nuclease-treated unilamellar liposome comprising (a) an RNA comprising a translational initiator sequence and a polypeptide-encoding sequence, and (d) an acellular protein synthesis system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
