PURPOSE: A water repellent composition is provided to obtain excellent water-repellent effect because a contact angle of the water drop is highly formed, thereby capable of increasing sight of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A water repellent composition comprises 2-20 weight% of basic material, 1-10 weight% of sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate, 5-10 weight% of a non-ionic surfactant, 1-10 weight% of alkyl cellulose, 5-40 weight% of alkylene glycol, and 10-86 weight% of water as an active ingredient. The basic material is KOH, NaOH, or NaHCO3. The non-ionic surfactant is selected from nonyl phenol, polysorbate 20, polysorbate 80, and triton.
