摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when a rotation angle &phiv; is calculated as the operation amount for feed-back controlling an error correlation amount &epsi; to be zero, the hunting phenomenon of the rotation angle &phiv; may occur by the feed-back control, which creates the possibility that a Z signal is mistakenly outputted plural times. <P>SOLUTION: In a proportional gain multiplication part 44, an error correlation amount &epsi; is multiplied by a proportional gain Kp, and in an integral gain multiplication part 46, the error correlation amount &epsi; is multiplied by an integral gain Ki. An output of the integral gain multiplication part 46 is inputted into an integral element 48. The sum of the output of the proportional gain multiplication part 44 and the integral element 48 is the rotation angle &phiv;.
