<p>The objective of the present invention is, by means of sodium hypochlorite, to heighten a biological function that plants and animals (including humans) are innately endowed with, to increase crop production, and to improve health and treatment resulting from regenerating or amplifying the activity of aged, degraded, or degenerated tissues or organs of plants and animals (including humans). A further objective is to increase the function of chloroplasts in crops and to increase the regenerative power or activity of aged, degraded, or degenerated tissues or organs of plants and animals (including humans). The objectives are solved by means of: a biological function reviving agent that has sodium hypochlorite as the active ingredient; a plant activation method having a step for causing the seeds of a plant to absorb the reviving agent, sowing the seeds, and then raising the plants; and seeds that have absorbed the reviving agent.</p> |
