摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method that secures brittle fracture resistance characteristics when using a thermo-mechanically controlled steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The welding method for welding the thermo-mechanically controlled steel sheet, having actual hardness harder than the hardness of a ferrite perlite structure that is calculated with steel sheet components with Vickers hardness of 20 or more, includes: applying a decorative build-up welding to a weld toe of a workpiece so that a stress concentrated region is located in a position separated from a weld heat-affected zone; and controlling a difference of hardness between the steel sheet and the most softened region to be restricted to 15 or less to prevent strains from concentrating in the softened region, thereby securing the brittle fracture resistance characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
