<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image detector capable of reducing a moire phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: An image detection part 25 is formed by arranging multiple row selection lines and signal lines 37 at regular intervals in a row direction and a column direction respectively on a holding substrate 27, and arranging pixels each including a photodiode 33 in areas surrounded by the row selection lines and the signal lines 37. A fluorescence conversion film 23 is formed on the multiple pixels of the image detection part 25. On the fluorescence conversion film 23, there is provided a grid 22 where a radiation shielding material 42 and a radiation transmitting material 43 are alternately arranged. In addition, reflection films 38 are formed between the fluorescence conversion film 23 and the signal lines 37, and in gaps between pixels adjacent to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
