<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate capable of improving electric characteristics and stabilizing floating characteristics of a slider. <P>SOLUTION: A suspension substrate 1 comprises an insulation layer 10, a spring material layer 11, and a plurality of wiring 12. One wiring 20 of the plurality of wiring 12 has a head side wiring portion 21, and a plurality of divided wiring portions 22a and 22b branched off from the head side wiring portion 21. The spring material layer 11 has a spring material layer body 40, a first spring material layer separated body 41, and a second spring material layer separated body 42. The divided wiring portions 22a and 22b of the one wiring 20 are connected to the first spring material layer separated body 41 through a pair of conductive connecting portions 34 penetrating the insulation layer 10.
