Disclosed is a header connector assembly and a process of fabricating a header connector assembly. The header connector assembly includes a header subassembly and a module. The header subassembly includes an outer housing and an inner subassembly. The inner subassembly has contacts and a circuit board. The header subassembly is assembled to the module. A seal may be provided to seal the header subassembly within the module.
