The present invention relates to a cooker, and more particularly, to a double heating cooker, a heat transfer method of which, for transferring heat from a heating means to a bottom plate of a main body of the cooker consists of a direct-contact heat transfer method and an indirect contactless heat-transfer method that perform heat transfer using a space of a hollow portion, thus maintaining the overall temperature of the bottom plate of the main body without variation and performing more efficient cooking without burning foods by cooking the latter under a maintained optimum temperature condition. To this end, the double heating cooker of the present invention comprises: a cooker body (10) having said bottom plate of the main body (11), which has a predetermined thickness and beneath which a insertion space(12) is formed, a plurality of heat transfer members (15) formed so as to downwardly protrude from a lower surface of said bottom plate of the main body(11)up to a predetermined length , and a coupling protrusion (13)formed so as to downwardly protrude from the center of the surface of the underside of said bottom plate of the main body (11); a lower plate (30) which is to be inserted into the insertion space (12) below said cooker body (10),which has a plurality of vent holes (33) formed at a predetermined spacing, and which has a through-hole (35) penetrating through the center of the lower plate (30) for said coupling protrusion (13) to pass therethrough; and a handle (40) attached to one side of said cooker body (10). |
