摘要 This Laser invention is intended to provide greater: safety, efficiency, output power, Pulse or CW Energy, design simplification and fixed / running cost savings for Single & Multi Modes. The Laser Output Photon Emissions are ejected differently than Laser energy amplification emissions which are created by light energy resonance through reflections of a pair of highly aligned and polished mirrors. Lasers require cooling and vibration protection to avoid lower efficiency and laser destruction. Few of the Output Light Waves are collimated and in phase. This invention uses a different energy delivery approach. The Light Source Pumped Energy is manipulated in two distinct steps. Step 1: Light behaves as an Electro-Magnetic Wave and as a Negatively-Charged Photon. Electret technology can make permanently negatively charged ceramics or plastics in many shapes which can repel electrons. The plastic or the ceramic inner surface of a Tube or Barrel can be varied and permanently negatively charged. Coherent and non-coherent waves are compressed or bundled into a narrow collective beam. Step 2: the Closed End of the Tube holds the eg. LEDs, Laser Diodes or Flash Tube light energy pump source. A variable dynamically negatively charging plate repels the rows of collimated waves / photons to the Output so most of the light energy is not absorbed by the Laser Body as heat losses. "Bundled Narrow Light Energy Projectiles are ejected by a Dynamically Negatively Charged Plate". Deflecting plates and fibers can redirect the beam.
