The invention relates to a fence arrangement (10) and more particularly but not exclusively to a palisade fence arrangement. The fence arrangement (10) includes a fence panel (12) comprising a plurality of interconnected pales (14) positioned adjacent one another so as to form a barrier and a protruding element arrangement (20) which is bolted to a fence panel (12).
